SHIPPING POLICY
ABOUT SHIPPING

DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. works to achieve fulfillment with as little stress as possible for our customers and strive to make shipping convenient.

 

Shipping and handling prices are quoted in US dollars. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on a Friday or holiday will not ship until the next business day. Depending on your location average transit time for an order is 4-7 business days, unless expedited shipping is requested when the order is placed.

 

Tracking numbers will be provided for shipped orders. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available, nor do all carriers offer tracking services. 

 

Shipping Charges
  • Maps to USPS Media Mail and/or Distributor's Rates. 

  • There is North Carolina 7.5% Sales Tax for all titles.

  • Handling may be included.

 

AK, HI, APOs, US Territories, and Canada
  • Add $5.00 to regular shipping and handling for orders up to $59.99.

  • Orders over $60 with be charged 35% of their net order.

 

International
  • Add $20 to regular shipping and handling for orders up to $59.99.

  • Orders over $60 with be charged 35% of their net order.

 

Express Shipping
  • For overnight delivery or same day shipping, please call in your order before noon PST.

  • Extra fees apply.

Shipping Method

Shipments to APO addresses, U.S. post office boxes, international addresses, and orders under $39 are generally shipped via US Mail.Larger orders are shipped via UPS.

 

Back Orders
  • When Not Yet Published (NYP) items are ordered, they will be placed on back order, and automatically processed and shipped, at no additional shipping charge when the product becomes available.

  • If you order an existing product that is not in stock, in conjunction with product that is in stock, the entire order will be held so that it can be shipped together. If product will be unavailable for a substantial period of time, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your order.

  • For International back orders the entire order will be held so that it can be shipped together. If product will be unavailable for a substantial period of time, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your order.

 

Return Policy
  • When or if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call within 30 days to return the items for a full refund. 

  • Just call (910) 947-3189 for a return merchandise authorization number.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. and our retailers and distributors strive to maintain excellent customer service satisfaction, including a guarantee of every book as it's described on our website.

 

Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days if they are re dissatisfied with their purchase due to an error on the part of the publishing house or if their book doesn't arrive.

 

NOTE: there is a Final Sale Policy on all eBook purchases. When a consumer orders a digital publication and/or eBook, they need to review our Terms of Sale and order only if acceptable to them at point of purchase.

 

For information on how to initiate a return through DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. note the following:

 

  1. Incorrect Book | Not As Described | Damaged - customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if the return is the result of an error on the DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C.'s part. If the incorrect book is shipped or the title arrives damaged, DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. will refund return shipping equal to original charges. To receive a refund, the title must be returned within 30 days of delivery date in the same condition it was received in. If there are spills, burns or “other” refund will be revoked. Additionally, photographs via Internet to contact@donnainkpublications.com aid in the refund process.

  2. Book Did Not Arrive - customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if the title does not arrive within 10 days of estimated delivery date - until 30 days past. For example, if estimated delivery date is June 1st, return can be initiated between June 10th and July 10th. Where DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. tracking data demonstrates the book “did” arrive – the return policy is null and void.In cases where the book is returned to DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. for any of the following reasons, refund price includes book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender or similar. ​

  3. Buyer Does Not Want Item - DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. and our distributors accept returns if purchasers change their mind about the title – where this is a store purchase or distributor – there may be additional return policies they proffer. DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. recommends purchasers contact retailers directly before initiating a return, otherwise their return may be cancelled. Please do not ship a book until a confirmation is received from the retailer or distributor or DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. for direct purchases. If the retailer, distributor and/or DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. accepts your request and the book is returned in the same condition it was received in, a full refund for the total price of the title (not including original or return shipping charges) will be provided.​

  4. Partial Refunds - if a purchaser is dissatisfied with a title for any reason, but desires to keep their title, DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. may negotiate a partial refund through retailers and/or distributors for an amount agreeable to both parties. Partial refunds are issued on the price of the title, shipping amount or both. Please note a partial refund request does not obligate retailers, distributors or DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. to provide the refund. All partial refunds are based on the request.

  5. How to Initiate a Return - click here for return tracking instructions. DonnaInk Publications, L.L.C. keeps purchasers updated regarding refunds by e-mail.​

  6. Return Shipping - is calculated as equal to original shipping costs Refunds are processed to credit cards once the retailer and/or distributor receive the book back. We recommend tracking methods for all return shipments – if a title does not arrive and the tracking is not provided the refund is cancelled.

  7. Are eBooks refundable? No. eBooks are one time purchase only.
